Explanation for the open seconds standings.

The scores were not tallied correctly.  After recounting the end result was different then the one announced at the end of the comp.  Apologies to all affected.  We wanted all the heats to go into the water asap so everybody could get their surf in the best of the conditions. It was amidst all this hectic chaos that we tallied the scores incorrectly.  Again our apologies
